This episodes guest is Sport Scientist and Strength and Conditioning Coach Matt Jordan.Matt has a degree in Kinesiology and a Masters of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of Calgary. Matt has been the personal Strength Coach to more than 20 World and Olympic medalists, and has worked with elite athletes in many sports including: speed skating, cross country skiing, alpine skiing, snowboarding, biathlon, hockey, football, volleyball, and mixed martial arts. This episodes guest is Derek Evely.Derek is the former Sport Science manager of the Canadian Athletics Coaching Centre (CACC), as well as the former Director of the UK Athletic's Centre at Loughborough from 2009-2012.
